Happy things and Singapore Dollelong 2017

Hello everyone~! Sorry for the super long absence from dolly updates. Well, the reason why I took so so so~ long a break was due to work. I was changing to a new job towards last year and was doing some freelance while trying to make some items for Singapore Dollelong 2017. 2 happy things happened that day~

Singapore Doll Carnival 2016

Over the weekend, we had our local doll carnival. It was a fun experience as this is also my first time setting up a booth with friends!

Finally after a long hiatus, I'm finally moving my butt to do something for my dolly stuffs! Setting up a dolly booth was something that I wanted to do for a while and thankfully I've got friends who are interested in having a booth with me. Otherwise I won't be able to manage one on my own, too many things to plan!

Hope you all are still doing well! I've recently had a full time job, so blogging and doing more sewing creations have been challenging... but hey~ who says I'm stopping! #nevergiveup

Something stuck me that day... well not really. I got motivated to sew for the boys when I realised... they are running out of clothes to wear! *gasp*

New addition to the family

Recently, a friend of mine gave me some of his dolls. I'm happy to introduce you my 3 new family members! Abby, Denise and Bridgette! It's been so long since I've stopped playing my pullips but I'm really glad they came to stay at my home. It kinda ignites some fire in me to sew and play with them! =3 The day they arrived, I've actually took out all my pullips and re-dress all of them!

Other than me who's really happy to welcome the new girls, Ashley is very thrilled to have her foster sister, Denise with her! If you don't know who Ashley is, you can check out my blog for the little ones (although I've stopped updating since 2012 ^^*)

Well, till then, I'll try to find time to take photo of Denise and Ashley together! XD

There is always a first in everything

As the title suggested, yes! there is always a first attempt in trying out to sew new things. Choco followed me home one fateful day and I haven't been paying much attention to him in a lot of ways. *sorry Choco! Even till now, he still sticks to his default company name from Crobidoll. *facepalm

And so finally I've decided to set aside some time to sew for him~ he's real tiny and that's one of the excuses reasons why I've rarely made anything for him.

A new release after so long! In fact, I've been dying to try this out after I bought the fabric.

I'm pretty glad it turned out alright~ I love how the small dark blue roses are the right size for 1/6 dolls. 

Backlog: Secret Santa

I apologized for the missing in action lately... Schoolwork was piling and I was super uber busy with it. Thankfully it's over! yay!

That aside, we had a Secret Santa exchange last year.

Commission temporary closed

Commission is temporary closed as I'll be away in November. You can still email me if you are interested for a commission in December but it'll take me a while as I will be out of the country.

DTP Concepts will be having a slight revamp as well, once I have more time to do something for it.

The amazing thing I love about this Rement set was the little details that's on the cup. You need light to shine through it to feel the magical effect...

That's why, I love miniatures and the creators. They are so awesome!

I was sick (literally) when I did this commission. Sewing tons and tons of ribbons to the cloth is something that you must be discipline to do...
